Refunds and Exchanges: All our magazine style albums and/or graphic designed orders, are considered custom albums, therefore we do not offer any refunds for final product. Only reprint/redo of album will be permitted at no charge if the album is proven to be deffective. All albums are delicate, no exchanges on albums that have been damaged because of owner's neglect, such as exposure to high temperatures, left on dirty areas, mishandling, page tears, etc. Only in the instance of manufacturer's defect an album will be replaced with another new one or repaired. All exchanges must be approved by BridesAlbums.com/BridesIncorporated.com management. Damages incurred during shipping, must be covered by the shipping carrier company, and a formal claim must be filed, please contact us for instructions. All claims/exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the day the order is received. In the event of a refund for unprocessed orders, a 5% charge will apply to cover bank fees.
